Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Oversee Guest Service, Kitchen and People departments and drive training, goals and reporting.
• Ensure great customer experience, coaching staff and organizing Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for top service.
• Recruit, train and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
