Job summary

Schulz Family owned McDonald's is hiring a Department Manager to lead weekly shifts and coordinate Guest Service, Kitchen and People teams. You will ensure fast, friendly service, proper execution of promotions, and staff training to uphold quality food and service standards.

Experience in restaurant/hospitality management is preferred; flexible, team-oriented individuals are sought. Pay ranges and benefits reflect a comprehensive package for a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure customers have a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Oversee Departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) and drive training, safety, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ensure great customer experience, proper execution of sales promotions, and staff training in service procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well and schedule to meet restaurant goals.
