Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy/attention to detail.
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects.
• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• BA/BS in business or related field.
• Knowledge of company policies and structure.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, RMDS and current company email.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the Apparel department in the manager's absence.
• Coordinate merchandising and floor planograms for the department.
• Audit pricing, signings and promotional plans.
• Respond to customer comments/requests and maintain service quality.
• Oversee inventory processes and clerical duties.
• Coach associates and support performance reviews.
