Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Tallahassee is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will supervise daily tasks, assist with interviewing, training, and scheduling, and help maintain planograms per corporate directives.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to department associates and drive customer service.
• Assist GSM/DM with staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing, and planograms per corporate directives.
• Develop weekly schedules and monitor payroll while maintaining service standards.
• Lead in-store events, promote memberships and services, and ensure UPC integrity.
