The Department Coordinator will report to the Director of Budget & Finance and provide administrative and operational support for the Barnett College of Public Health. The incumbent will perform the assigned duties, resolve routine issues and answer questions under minimal supervision and established policies and procedures.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule requiring three (3) days in the office, and ability to work in person Mondays and/or Fridays.
Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of directly related administrative support experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
