Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing business strategies and tactics for market growth.
• Head performance management processes for employees and physicians.
• Guide managers in developing skills and implementing performance practices.

• Collaborate with hospital and center leadership to advance clinical programs and space planning.
