Job summary

i2i Workforce, Denver-based marketing boutique, seeks an SEO/SEM Specialist to lead keyword, content, and link strategies. You will manage paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google and coordinate with content/design teams to enhance client visibility.

The role requires 4+ years in freelance/agency SEO/SEM, strong analytics, WordPress knowledge, and excellent communication. This is a 1099 contract, part-time position with flexible hours and remote-friendly prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of freelance/contractor/agency SEO/SEM experience.
• Mid-level: 4+ years of paid SEO/SEM work.
• Proficiency in creating SEO strategy and driving traffic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Plan keyword/content strategies and manage PPC campaigns within budgets.
• Create and manage paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Analyze metrics with Google Analytics and perform A/B tests and heat maps.
• Collaborate with content, design, and video teams; maintain brand voice.
• Communicate with clients and team leads; track time in PM software.
