Volition Components LLC is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads and strengthen our online presence with data-driven PPC and SEO strategies. You’ll work with a small, fast-moving team and directly impact business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, or Performance Max).
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.
Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (cost per lead, conversions, ROI).
Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic edits.
Familiarity with local SEO strategies and Google Business Profile optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
Improve and maintain Google Merchant Center listings.
Perform keyword research and implement SEO improvements across the website.
Optimize landing pages and product pages for better conversion rates.
Assist with website edits and content updates.
Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve ROI and lead generation.
