  • Experience in mixed employment litigation and some labor experience will be considered.
  • Extensive experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration.
  • Grievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independently.
  • Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB preferred.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong communication and organizational skills

Location: Denver, CO

Our client, an AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Colorado, in good standing

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Annual base salary expected to range from $240,000 – $265,000, based on experience, qualifications, and market factors
