You will advise employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and NLRB proceedings, with opportunities for leadership and advancement in a demanding, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• 7+ years of traditional labor law experience; mixed employment litigation and some labor experience considered.
• Extensive experience in traditional labor matters including collective bargaining and contract administration.
• Grievance arbitration experience with ability to handle matters independently.
• Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively with strong communication and organizational skills.

Our client, an AmLaw 150international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Candidate Profile
