The role focuses on advising employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and NLRB proceedings.

You will represent employers in negotiations, handle arbitration, provide strategic counseling, and contribute to litigation in labor and employment disputes.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Colorado, in good standing.
• 7+ years of traditional labor law experience.
• Extensive experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration.
• Grievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independently.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong communication and organizational skills.

Overview

An international labor and employment law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Compensation and benefits

• Annual base salary expected to range from $240,000 – $265,000, based on experience, qualifications, and market factors
• Eligibility for bonuses and profit-sharing
