The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, active Colorado bar admission, and 7+ years of traditional labor law experience. Strong writing and independent work are essential.

• Active Bar Admission in Colorado, in good standing.
• 7+ years of traditional labor law experience.
• Experience with mixed employment litigation and some labor experience considered.
• Extensive experience in collective bargaining and contract administration.
• Grievance arbitration experience with ability to handle matters independently.
• Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and research skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Our client, an AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
