The Staff Pad partners with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Denver, CO team. Earn uncapped commissions, receive thorough training, and grow with strong support and real opportunity.

No roofing experience is required if you are motivated, coachable, and driven. You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, guide customers through insurance and sales, close deals, and develop referrals in a flexible, field-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Door-to-door or outside sales experience.
• Existing network or book of business (for experienced reps).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business.
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided).
• Guide customers through the insurance and sales process.
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline.
