The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Naperville, IL team. This high-income role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and strong support to help you grow.

No roofing experience is required; if you are motivated, driven, and coachable, you’ll receive the training and tools needed to succeed. You’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, and guide clients through insurance and sales processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
