Qualifications

• Sales experience in roofing/construction preferred.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive.
• Comfortable outdoors and able to climb ladders for inspections.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially after storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
