W3Global in Denver, CO is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join our collaborative legal team. This is primarily an in-person role designed to integrate you into our processes and culture as you handle cases from intake through trial.

You will work with some of the state's top trial lawyers and support staff; the compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 plus a potential $50,000 bonus based on fees and performance.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required.
• Active Colorado Bar admission.
• 2-6 years in personal injury or related practice.
• Strong understanding of tort law.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload from intake to resolution.
• Involve in pre-litigation and litigation as cases develop.
• Collaborate with trial lawyers on case strategies.
• Maintain alignment with firm standards and philosophies.
