Job summary

Bio-Techne in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Denver Operations & Supply Chain to own site performance, lead customer service, planning, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll build systems and cadence to improve service, inventory health, and supplier reliability in a life sciences setting.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain and lead cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end execution with a focus on measurable improvements and strategic site growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations and/or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years leading complex, execution-heavy teams.
• Experience in buy/sell, distribution, or life sciences environments strongly preferred.
• Lean / continuous improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end site operations performance including on-time delivery and inventory health.
• Lead planning, purchasing, supplier performance and warehouse execution.
• Drive inventory discipline, turns, stockouts reduction, and accuracy.
• Define KPIs and implement visual management for accountability.
• Develop leaders and build high‑accountability teams across functions.
• Translate strategic site needs into executable actions and cadence.
