Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in operations and/or supply chain leadership.

- Proven track record of building processes and stabilizing operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operational site performance, including OTD, backlog, inventory health.
- Lead planning execution at the site level, ensuring demand signals are actionable.
- Enhance warehouse and logistics execution with accountability for timeliness and accuracy.
