BioTalent seeks a Senior Associate for Operations & Supply Chain within Life Sciences, based in Boston. You will partner with a leading global strategy consulting firm to help biopharma, medical device, diagnostics, and healthcare clients solve complex operational and supply chain problems.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; backgrounds may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend of both.
Strong Life Sciences credibility.

Responsibilities

Develop structured problem-solving frameworks for operational and supply chain challenges.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
Own project workstreams and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
Support client engagements across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
Present findings and recommendations through written reports and client presentations.
Coach and mentor junior team members while contributing to team development.
Work closely with clients to address critical business and operational issues.
Travel to client sites as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
