You will mentor Project Managers, Field Managers, and Foremen, allocate manpower, coordinate with general contractors, and push continuous improvement using rigorous processes. This role emphasizes Lean execution and subcontractor management to sustain Cherry’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safety-first culture across all projects.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of field personnel.
• Train, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Field Managers, and Foremen.
• Work closely with Project Managers to allocate and move manpower as needed.
• Meet regularly with general contractors to ensure commitments and resolve issues.
• Attend project meetings to address schedule, change orders, quality, and safety.
• Ensure change order logs and extra work are documented and collected.
• Review job cost sheets for profitability and cost control.
• Conduct regular job walks with PMs and FMs to evaluate performance.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage qualified subcontractors.
• Continuously evaluate and improve safety standards within the city market.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Lead meetings to drive Lean execution and project management improvements.
• Conduct frequent job walks to ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
