Job summary

National Coatings, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Field Superintendent to lead field crews on commercial, industrial, and retail painting projects in the Denver area.

You will oversee manpower, scheduling, safety, quality, and client coordination to ensure timely, high-quality results. Applicants should have 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read drawings/blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience.
• Proven commercial, industrial and/or retail painting experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to read drawings / blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Review manpower schedule weekly to determine field personnel needs.
• Hire and onboard painters; track personnel progress and performance.
• oversee safety, paperwork, and field policies; enforce standards.
• Lead site setup, production reporting, and job start-up meetings.
• Coordinate supplies, equipment, and material deliveries to sites.
• Attend weekly meetings and manage daily project issues.
