Job summary

Professional Employment Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Project Manager in Denver to own multiple projects from planning through completion. You will focus on financial performance, scheduling, field execution, and client relationships, leading crews and coordinating with Superintendents.

The role emphasizes profitability, project controls, and strong communication with clients on major commercial projects in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Commercial painting experience is required.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage budgets.
• Strong scheduling and leadership skills.
• Experience with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health and profitability of assigned projects.
• Track labor, equipment, materials, budgets and costs.
• Review schedules and ensure realistic durations and manpower.
• Read drawings and project documents; coordinate with Superintendents.
• Lead field crews with accountability and respect; manage pay apps and change orders.
• Prepare monthly billings and WIP reporting.
