Job summary

SynergenX Health is hiring a Full-Time NP, PA, APRN, or FNP to join our Denver, CO clinics. You’ll deliver patient-centered care focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness services, under strong leadership guidance from the Medical Director and Center Director.

Ideal candidates are friendly, confident, great communicators, and effective team players who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and provide a welcoming patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans within established protocols.
• Educate patients about health options and wellness goals.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Explain medical information in clear, everyday language.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinic staff.
• Support clinic operations across Westminster and Greenwood Village locations.
• Utilize electronic systems to manage patient care efficiently.
