SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in Westminster and Greenwood Village, CO, seeks a full-time NP, PA, APRN, or FNP to provide hormone replacement, weight management, and wellness services. You will work closely with the Medical Director and Center Director to deliver patient-focused care across clinics.

The role features a 4-day onsite schedule, 32 clinical hours weekly, and two Saturdays per month, with two weeks of paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Active Colorado license as Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Current DEA registration.
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work within clinical protocols and scope.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability 2 Saturdays per month.
• Floating between Westminster and Greenwood Village locations.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans within established protocols.
• Providing patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Educating patients about health, treatment options, and wellness goals.
• Building genuine, trusting relationships with patients.
• Explaining medical information in an understandable way.
• Collaborating with Medical Director, Center Director, and clinic team.
• Supporting clinic operations across Westminster and Greenwood Village locations.
