Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in originating residential mortgage loans.
• Ability to evaluate borrower eligibility and ensure compliance.
• Understanding of interest rates, DTI, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a credit union or community banking is a plus.
• Knowledge of Denver real estate and lending markets is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet deadlines.
