Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Denver, CO is seeking a Customer Service Engineer 3 to service CT/MR/MI imaging equipment in the Denver area. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance with minimal supervision, delivering timely repairs and training to operators for optimum system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.
• Proficient with network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• 5-8+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.

Responsibilities

• You will be servicing CT/MR/MI Imaging Equipment in the Denver, Colorado area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
• You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
• You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
• You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
