Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is expanding its Industrial brokerage platform in Denver, recruiting an Associate to join the team alongside seasoned producers. The role focuses on tenant representation while offering exposure across all industrial service lines, including landlord leasing and investment sales.

It is a business development role: build relationships with industrial occupiers, develop a pipeline, and learn to lead deal execution with senior brokers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or commercial real estate experience.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with performance-based compensation.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Working knowledge of Excel; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling industrial tenants, owners, and decision-makers in the Denver metro to create tenant representation opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of occupier clients through outreach, meetings, and relationship development.
• Own a disciplined weekly business development rhythm—call volume, meetings, and follow-up—and maintain a detailed database of pursuits.
• Develop deep submarket knowledge across Denver's industrial corridors using Stream's tools.
• Learn and then lead the full cycle of real estate transactions with senior brokers, including tours, proposals, lease analysis, and negotiation.
• Track market data, comps, and availability to inform advisory and positioning.
• Contribute to landlord leasing and investment sales opportunities as they arise.
• Prepare client presentations and market surveys reflecting Stream's standards.
