Job summary

Gravity Global, the world’s leading marketing consultancy, is seeking an HR Generalist to support its US People team from Denver. This contract role focuses on local HR operations, employment law, onboarding, and employee experience, aligning with Gravity Global’s global People strategy.

You will partner with managers and employees, ensure compliance, manage lifecycle events, and contribute to global projects across markets.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state/local employment laws.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee relations cases.
• Desirable to have experience with global stakeholders or in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers/employees on onboarding, performance, wellbeing, and ways of working.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle changes, promotions, and offboarding.
• Apply federal and local employment laws to day-to-day people matters and advise managers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support data reporting.
• Collaborate with Global People team on cross-market initiatives and Vietnam-related projects.
• Support culture, governance, and compliance across the business.
