Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with projects over $1 million.
• Experience in Commercial/Industrial construction.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the team with well-defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for output.
• Track and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Communicate project status to relevant parties in a timely manner.
• Guide teams and drive results for overall project success.
