Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

The Role

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Field Lead (Foreman) to join our Denver, CO team. Field Leads (Foremen) at Lithko are responsible for planning and executing their phase of work while working closely with the Project Superintendent to create an overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for the assigned phase of work.
• Understand project details and identify obstacles and opportunities to ensure successful execution.
• Prepare the team for success using well-defined planning processes.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and workstations are staged for optimal output.
• Track and manage time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met for the assigned portion of the work.
• Communicate project status to relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience in concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams and drive results for overall project success.
