Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Denver, CO is seeking a Place Finish Field Lead to supervise and execute concrete finishing on diverse projects. This is a working foreman role requiring strong leadership, safety discipline, and proven ability to translate project plans into field results.

You will direct finish crews, plan phases, coordinate equipment and materials, and collaborate with project leaders to meet schedule and quality goals. Travel between jobs is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading a finishing crew or similar.
• Experience in place/finish concrete operations.
• Willing to travel between job sites.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Field Execution: Deliver concrete work meeting safety, quality, and production standards.
• Crew Management: Supervise and develop place/finish crews for craft competency and safe practices.
• Phase Plans: Plan place/finish phases aligning with sequencing and schedules.
• Project Collaboration: Communicate status, resolve issues, align field activities with project objectives.
• Field Execution Leadership: Lead crews across projects and oversee concrete placing/finishing activities.
• Crew Supervision and Development: Direct daily activities, coach crew members, reinforce safety.
• Phase Planning and Readiness: Develop defined execution plans and review drawings.
• Quality and Productivity Performance: Ensure work meets specs, monitor production, address risks.
• Project Communication and Coordination: Provide updates to leads and coordinate with trades.
• Administrative and Documentation Oversight: Track time sheets and field records.
