Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• 1 year in facilities/building/grounds maintenance
• Valid Colorado driver license
• Experience using maintenance tools or skilled-trade equipment

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Troubleshoot building issues and perform repairs to keep spaces operating safely.
• Prepare and move office furniture for meetings and events.
• Perform grounds maintenance and seasonal cleanup.
• Support snow removal and outdoor safety.
