Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance tools or grounds equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs to keep offices and building systems safe and functional.
• Install and adjust office furniture for moves and workspace changes.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and seasonal outdoor tasks.
• Support snow removal and outdoor safety during winter.
