The role offers a starting hourly range of $26.72–$29.39 with a 3.5% annual target bonus. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in facilities/building/grounds maintenance or related field.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license required.
• Experience using maintenance tools, grounds equipment, or skilled-trade equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, flooring, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility issues and perform repairs to keep offices and spaces safe and functional.
• Install, repair, and adjust office furniture to support moves and changes.
• Operate and care for tools and equipment used in maintenance and grounds work.
• Perform grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanup.
