CONAM Management Corporation seeks a Community Manager to oversee Avon North & Avon South Apartments in Denver, CO. You will ensure high resident satisfaction, oversee maintenance, leasing, and the financial performance of the property.

The role requires 2-3 years in property management, strong leadership, budgeting, rent collections, and familiarity with Yardi or MRI. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• Experience managing a multi-family community (luxury/conventional).
• Strong leadership and daily operations oversight.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi/MRI).
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with residents and staff.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a conventional multi-family apartment community, ensuring safety, maintenance, and a welcoming environment.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
• Manage leasing, marketing, tours, applications, and lease processing for new residents.
• Maintain budgets, prepare monthly financial reports, and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct regular interior/exterior inspections to ensure maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster a strong community and high satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations and projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and resolve resident concerns promptly.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly budget reviews.
