Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) seeks a Property Manager in a dynamic, on-site Denver-area role. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, lease activities, and maintain compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance.

• Investigate incidents involving residents, staff, vendors.
