Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to oversee 6-8 sites, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strategic planning, data-driven decision making, and frequent travel between school locations within the district.

You will coach and develop School Directors, cascade priorities, and manage area budgets while focusing on enrollment growth, safety, and customer experience. Bi-weekly pay with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, retail management, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive leadership in a general manager or equivalent role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PowerBI (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area-wide business plans to reach targets.
• Ensure performance targets with growth, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with School Directors to improve metrics and profitability.
• Cascade priorities to directors and ensure consistent execution.
• Drive revenue and monitor area KPIs.
• Identify efficiency improvements using data.
• Prepare and manage area budgets and monitor expenses.
• Review location financials and take corrective actions.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of school directors.
• Foster high-performance culture through coaching and succession planning.
