Qualifications

• Real, hands-on Dentrix scheduling experience required (build day, recall, reschedules, cancellations).
• Direct experience scheduling for Medicaid caseload (eligibility verification, no-shows, cancellations).
• Non-negotiable requirements for immediate contribution on day one.

Responsibilities

• Own the Schedule: build, manage, and optimize daily/weekly patient schedule in Dentrix.
• Appointment Management: schedule, confirm, reschedule via phone, email, text; keep calendar real-time accurate.
• Recall & Follow-Up: track recalls and follow-ups; use ASAP lists and waitlists to keep schedule full.
• Provider Coordination: communicate with providers and clinical staff to keep day on track.
• Medicaid Scheduling: verify eligibility, manage Medicaid caseload scheduling needs, reduce no-shows and late cancellations.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure: catch and resolve scheduling conflicts and double-bookings before impacting care.
