Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience (dental/medical office a plus).
• Tech-savvy with dental software and multi-line phones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy for patients.
• Able to multitask in a busy lobby and maintain attention to detail.
• Punctual and reliable to open the office on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check them in, verify demographics, and minimize wait times.
• Manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, confirm visits, and optimize the daily schedule.
• Verify Medicaid/private insurance eligibility prior to appointments.
• Collect co-pays and payments; explain fees and payment plans to self-pay patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage forms and digital records.
