Job summary

The position emphasizes deploying system infrastructure, supporting Windows and Mac environments, and delivering Tier 1–2 helpdesk services while maintaining CMS
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in IT support
- 4+ years IT support experience in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience deploying OS images and supporting multiple hardware platforms
- Experience managing, troubleshooting and supporting multiple equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced IT support for WVU School of Dentistry and Axium system
- Manage networking equipment in dental clinics with HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Deploy and maintain system infrastructure and software updates
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Windows, Office 365, network access, printers
- Maintain and update School of Dentistry web content using the university CMS
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and VoIP issues
- Coordinate with WVU ITS and Security teams on information security assessments
- Inventory hardware, applications and data control requirements
