Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our modern Rochester-area practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment plan, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, supported by an established patient base.

Earn up to 36% of collections with bonuses and strong upside, plus comprehensive benefits and continuing education through our network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated with new developments and standards through continuing education.
