Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester. The practice has a strong patient base and offers comprehensive in-office specialty support (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics).

You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. Compensation includes earnings up to 36% of collections, bonus opportunities, and strong upside tied to performance.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality, ethical, and professional standards.
