Job summary

42North Dental in Rochester, NH is seeking a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base and established patient flow. The Dentist will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics as part of a collaborative care team.

Compensation includes up to 36% of collections, bonus opportunities, and a strong upside with unlimited earning potential, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dentistry license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality and ethical standards of care.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
