Job summary

42 North Dental seeks a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester, a modern practice with an established patient base. Earn up to 36% of collections, with bonus opportunities and a strong upside, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing continuing education at no cost.

The Dentist will manage the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and related restorative procedures, while upholding

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
