Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Gentle Dental Rochester in Rochester, NH. You will oversee the full clinical patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a strong compensation package with up to 36% of collections, bonus opportunities, and upside tied to performance, plus comprehensive benefits and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree accredited by ADA CODA

Current state license to practice dentistry
