Job summary

42 North Dental is actively seeking a Dentist to join Gentle Dental Rochester in a high-volume practice with a strong patient base. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment planning, including in-office specialties to support comprehensive care.

The position offers competitive compensation with annual rate between $150,000 and $200,000 USD, plus bonuses and ongoing CE opportunities. Benefits include medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Conduct surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of care and professionalism.
