Job summary

Gentle Dental Rochester, part of 42North Dental, seeks a Dentist to provide comprehensive clinical care from exam to treatment and to collaborate on in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The role offers strong earnings potential with earnings based on production (expected $150,000-$250,000+), comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and ongoing education within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Deliver restorative and preventive care as planned.
• Review treatment options with patients and maintain records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and supporting structures.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
