Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a DDS/DMD-certified Dentist for the Gentle Dental Rochester clinic. You will deliver comprehensive dental care from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties and a strong patient base.

The position offers earnings potential of $150,000-$250,000+ based on production, with benefits including medical, vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401(k), continuing education, mentorship, and growth opportunities within our network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain, and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments via continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
