42North Dental in Portland, ME seeks a licensed dentist to deliver comprehensive care across restorative and aesthetic dentistry. You’ll manage exams, create treatment plans, and perform procedures in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The clinic offers a strong production-based compensation model, a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), and a modern, collaborative practice with opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
