Job summary
42 North Dental in the United States is seeking a part-time Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care in a busy practice. You will join a team focused on high-quality patient experiences and ethical care.
The Dentist will diagnose and treat as part of a full clinical patient journey, performing restorative and preventive care along with in-office procedures and ongoing education to stay at the forefront of dentistry.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- BLS or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Promote oral health and disease prevention.
- Diagnose oral diseases and educate patients on treatment options.
- Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
- Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
- Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
- Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism and keep up with new developments through CE.
